Brian Sullivent
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, ON-SHORE ACTIVITIES
Brian Sullivent, has worked in Wind for over 10 years. He joined LM Wind Power Blades in 2008 and was implemental in the startup of the Little Rock Port facility working in and learning all phases of production. During Brian’s tenure in the Little Rock Port factory he was a hands on manager in ever department in blade manufacturing including but not limited to, Molding, Repairs and Closing, Finishing, Assembly, and Quality Control.
Brian then transitioned into the LM Wind Power Service and Logistics as a Service Coordinator in the Abilene Texas location. In this role he managed over two million in external sales, as well as 3 million in internal warranty work for 2011. Brian was promoted to service supervisor and was responsible for all allocation of resources, equipment, and technicians to repair wind turbine generators in the United States, Canada, and South America.
In the Service Supervisor role, Brian over saw the execution of over 6 million in external sales and 4 million in warranty work. Since leaving LM Wind Power, Brian has oversaw and managed the quality and efficiency of all types of repairs and large scale projects in the third party service market. Brian has been instrumental in building an proven successful team for composite repairs on many different blade designs using various types of composite material and has become very knowledgeable in all manors of access to heights.
Before his introduction into Winds, he worked hi way through the ranks starting as a Management Trainee with Tyson Foods, Promoted to Supervisor, then Shift Supervisor, then Production Coordinator and Shipping Manager in the production facility located in North Little Rock, Ar.
